Regional sites

The app offers three review sites: G2, Trustpilot and Capterra. There is no region or language setting for them. The event types trustpilot_de_review, capterra_de_review and boxil_review (Trustpilot Germany, Capterra Germany, BOXIL) exist in the event reference, but you can't pick those sites in the app today.

What you get

The first check saves the current reviews as a starting point. From the next check on, each new review becomes one signal. In the signal you see the rating, review text, author and reviewer role, plus Verified, Pros and Cons when the site gives them. Open review opens it on the site. Edited reviews arrive as an update.

In your webhook

Each review is one event with eventType: "reviews". The site is in subEventType. The full key list is on Review events. A webhook gets one POST per check (a run webhook) and reads these events from its pages.
