Using the app
Credits
How checks cost credits, how long your balance lasts and what happens at zero.
Credits pay for checks. One pool covers the whole organization.
The cards
- Balance: credits left. A level shows Healthy, Low or Out of credits.
- Use: credits spent at your current settings.
- Lasts: about how many days or months the balance covers.
What a check costs
1 credit per part per check. Failed checks are free. A part depends on the source:
| Source | One part is |
|---|---|
| News, X, Instagram, Reddit mentions, New competitors | The source itself (1) |
| LinkedIn mentions | Each author group that is on (the app turns on only Posts by others about …, so 1) |
| Each company page or person link | |
| Reviews | Each review site |
| Ads | Each ad platform you set up |
| Website pages | Each page |
| Job postings | The source itself (2 credits per check) |
| LinkedIn engagement | Each post checked |
Paused trackers are not charged. Webhooks, Slack and the API cost nothing. Weekly is about 4.3 checks a month, daily is 30.
By project
By project shows credits used by each project's checks, all time. Deleted projects show a Deleted label.
