About you
Enter Your website and What you sell and who you sell to. Signals drafts the text from your site (Drafted from … · edit anything). It uses this to judge which changes matter. It also unlocks Find new competitors. Click Save.
Notifications
- Daily signals email: sent only on days with new signals.
- Weekly summary: sent every Monday, even when nothing changed.
- Send time: pick a Timezone and Time (by the hour). Changes save automatically. Only admins can change it.
If both switches are off, you get no Signals emails and your trackers keep running.
What the emails contain
- Subject: N new signals from your competitors, or for the weekly one Your week in Signals: nothing new or N new signals.
- An activity summary and Top signals this week, with Open Signals.
- Needs attention: paused trackers, trackers paused for no credits, and sources where every check failed. Review sources links to them.
- Credits used and left, and Manage email settings.
One email covers the organization, grouped by project. If you have not added a competitor yet, you get a nudge: Add your first competitor to Signals.
Unsubscribe
Each email ends with Unsubscribe from daily emails or Unsubscribe from weekly summaries. The link opens a public page that asks Stop daily signals emails? Click Unsubscribe. No login needed. To turn it back on, go to Settings, Notifications.
