Trackers
See every source you watch, its status and cost, and edit, pause or delete it.
The Trackers page lists every source in the current project.
Four cards sit on top: Sources, Running (with N paused), Need attention (sources whose last check failed) and Credits / month.
Columns: Source, Watching, How often, Status and Cost. Each row is titled like Ads for HubSpot. For what each source watches, see All trackers.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The tracker checks on schedule. |
| Paused | You paused it. It is not charged. |
| Paused · no credits | The org ran out of credits. It resumes after a top-up. |
| Checking now… | A check is running. |
| Queued | A check is waiting to start. |
| Starts … | The first check is scheduled. |
| Starting point saved … | The first check is done. Signals come from the next check on. |
| Check delayed · retrying soon | A check failed. Signals retries. |
| Result pill + … ago · Next in … | What the last check found (for example Nothing new, 1 new signal, Last check failed), when it ran and when it runs next. Click the pill to open the check history. |
A row can also say Setup incomplete, for example when Ads has no account yet. Click Finish setup.
Row menu
- Check history: every check, see below.
- Edit: change what is watched.
- Pause: stop checking. A toast offers Undo.
- Resume: start again.
- Delete: remove the source.
Edit a source
The sheet has the source fields (the pages, usernames or accounts), a Name, How often, Uses what you watch for at … (with Edit on … to change it on the competitor) and Extra notes for this source only (optional). The cadence picker shows the credit change, like +N credits / month, and how long your balance would last. Click Save changes.
If a check is running, saving can fail with A check is running on this source. Try saving again in a minute; your changes are still here.
Delete a source
The dialog says: Delete …? and Checks stop now. Signals you already have stay. Adding it back later starts fresh. Click Delete source.
Check history
The header shows totals: N checks · N signals · N credits. Each check shows its result, such as Nothing new since the last check or No signals on the first check by design, and its cost or Not charged. Click What changed to see the items. Badges say whether an item became a Signal or was Delivered as is. Open signal jumps to it. What changed lists up to 200 items. A bigger check ends with Showing the first 200 of N changes.
Partial checks
A check that could not read everything shows Read N reviews, some parts failed (with posts, ads and so on for other sources). The items it did read still count. It happens when:
- a part of the source failed, or a later page failed to load, or
- the check reached the most the source reads in one check, and older new items may be unread.
The read limit and failed later pages are flagged for X, Google and Meta ads, reviews (Trustpilot, Capterra, G2, BOXIL, Capterra Germany), Instagram, the post list of LinkedIn engagement, and job boards on Oracle, Workday and WordPress. For job postings, a partial check sends no jobs.removed.
