G2、Trustpilot、Capterra、Boxil のレビューの Webhook イベント。すべてのキーとその型、実例を紹介します。

レビューイベントは、トラッキング中の競合がレビューサイトで新しいレビューを受け取ったとき、またはレビューの本文や評価が変更されたときに発生します。1 件のレビューが 1 つのイベントです。

eventType: reviews
subEventType: g2_review · trustpilot_review · capterra_review · trustpilot_de_review · capterra_de_review · boxil_review
signalType: 新しいレビューは reviews.new、本文や評価が変更されたレビューは reviews.updated です。reviews.removed はスキーマにありますが、送信されることはありません。
プラットフォームフィールド: reviewResponse（metadata と同じ値）
トラッカー: レビュー
relevance: 常に { "status": "unjudged" }: レビューは公開されたまま配信されます

このページの読み方

レビューのボディはすべて、共通フィールドと、reviewResponse オブジェクト 1 つで構成されます。このオブジェクトは reviewResponse と metadata の 2 か所に、同じ値で送信されます。6 つのサイトはすべて同じキーを持ちます。異なるのは platform と値だけです。

すべてのレビューに共通するフィールド

reviewResponse · 全サイト

platform

レビューサイト。subEventType に対応します（g2 → g2_review）。

title

string|null

レビューの見出し。サイトにない場合は null です（G2 のレビューにはありません）。

text

string|null

レビューの本文。サイトが良い点と悪い点を分けて提供する場合は、Pros: と Cons: の段落として末尾に追加されます。

url

string|null

レビューへの公開リンク。

author

object|null

レビューした人: { name: string, handle: string | null, url: string | null }。Trustpilot ではプロフィールの url が入り、G2 では名前だけです。

media

object[]

{ type: 'image' | 'video' | 'document', url: string }。通常は空配列です。

metrics

object|null

{ "rating": number }。rating と同じ数値です。

reviewId

string

サイト独自のレビュー ID。

rating

number

整数です。Trustpilot と Capterra は 1 から 5（四捨五入され、1 を下回りません）。G2、BOXIL、Capterra ドイツは 1 から 5 で、サイトが評価を提供しなかった場合は 0 です。

verified

boolean

サイトがレビューを認証済みとしている場合は true です。

pros

string|null

「気に入っている点」の部分。サイトが分けて提供する場合のみ。それ以外は null です。

cons

string|null

「気に入らない点」の部分。サイトが分けて提供する場合のみ。それ以外は null です。

reviewerRole

string|null

サイトが表示している場合の、レビューした人の役職（Administrator）。それ以外は null です。

G2

subEventType: "g2_review"、platform: "g2"。レビュー本文は text に入ります。この G2 の例には pros と cons がありません。
